Today, we had our second PR feature for the Rural Women’s Business Book Project published.
This time, our local paper, the Golden Plains Times.
It’s a really great article that captures precisely what I’m hoping to achieve with this collaborative book.
Because this project, is bigger than just me…
It’s about providing a platform for rural women in business to shine, share their expertise and gain some recognition (and build their brands!).
It’s about inspiring and empowering our readers – other rural women – who may be starting or growing a business from a more isolated area – and who may need a little support (and a few tips!).
And it’s about having a ripple effect on rural and regional communities.
Proceeds from all online sales of the final book will also be donated to one or more rural charities.
Books really can be so immensely powerful.
